They can make or break you. if you always in the wrong environment it would set your mindset to negative thoughts, sometimes we don’t notice it unless someone points it to us. So, check your thoughts in a certain environment, are you always having negative thoughts?

Sit down and make a list of the people around you and how they make you feel and start from there.

Although it’s hard to sit still and do nothing but, it’s important to do so. When you learn to let go of negative thoughts and you learn to control your thoughts it starts to change your perspective and ultimately your mindset.

Starting a journal it’s the best way to put out your thoughts on a piece of paper instead of having it all in your head. When you see your thoughts with your eyes you get a clear vision of what can be done to change your mindset.

Start first thing in the morning and write the first thing that comes to your mind, just keep writing.

So, which one you will incorporate in your life? Remember to start one thing at a time and learn to master it.
